FAQs

1. How long are shipping times?

Due to increasing demand, orders will be processed within 3-5 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. As soon as your product ships, you'll receive a tracking number that will let you keep tabs of where your order is at all times. Please allow up to 7-20 business days for your packaged to be shipped and delivered. Shipping times may vary depending on the product as well as your country. Please note this is just an estimate. The actual delivery times for your order may vary significantly depending on circumstances; this includes any customs delays, weekends, holiday periods and any unforeseen circumstances. 

* Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, shipping and delivery times may be extended depending on where you live. We ask and thank you for your patience while waiting for your products to arrive during these times. 

2. What's your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@thetechtrendz.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

3. Can I cancel my order?

Cancelations are possible if you do not receive your package within the timeframe specified for each individual product. Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancelation. So if you cancel your order but still receive the package, then please go ahead and contact us. 

4. Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we’ll get you a new one.
